Registration for the conference is through the registration page on the KES Membership Portal which can be found

If you are not already a KES member you will be asked to sign up (free of charge) for KES bronze membership which will qualify you for reduced early registration rates.

If you attended InnovationKT'2009 you will already be a KES Silver Member, and may qualify for a further reduced registration rate.
If you are a KES silver member you can find out how to get your login details ..here.. You can also check whether you are already registered as a KES member.

Log in to the KES Portal ..here.. and you will be able to select Full or Student registration and order extra requirements.

Fees and Charges

The conference fees are quoted here in Euros with the approximate equivalent in UK Pounds Sterling. By default, charges will be made in Euros. However, if you specifically need to pay in Pounds Sterling please contact

All registration grades provide:-

  • Attendance at one or both days of the conference (depending on the registration type)
  • Morning and afternoon tea and coffee each day
  • Lunch each day
  • A copy of the conference programme containing abstracts of papers


A. InnovationKT Full Registration (2-Day)

Full registration includes the following additional benefits:-

  • Two days attendance
  • Publication of one paper in the conference proceedings (conforming to the published conditions concerning submission, length and deadlines)
  • A ticket to the conference dinner on the night of 7 December

Early Full Registration Fee (By Early Deadline):

  • KES Silver Members: 410 Euros / 350 GB Pounds
  • KES Bronze Members / Non-Members: 450 Euros / 385 GB Pounds


B. InnovationKT Student Registration (2-Day)

Student registration includes:-

  • Two-days attendance
  • Publication of one paper in the conference proceedings (conforming to the published conditions concerning submission, length and deadlines)
  • A ticket to the conference dinner on the night of 7 December

Early Student Registration (By Early Deadline):

  • KES Silver Members: 330 Euros / 285 GB Pounds
  • KES Bronze Members / Non-Members: 370 Euros / 315 GB Pounds

Student registrants must provide the following confirmation of their student status.


C. InnovationKT 7th Dec Registration (1-day)

This rate includes:-

  • Attendance on 7th December only
  • No presentation or publication
  • No conference dinner ticket

7th Dec One Day Rate (By Early Deadline):

  • KES Silver Members: 210 Euros / 175 GB Pounds
  • KES Bronze Members / Non-Members: 230 Euros / 195 GB Pounds


D. InnovationKT 8th Dec Registration (1-day)

This rate includes:-

  • Attendance on 8th December only
  • No presentation or publication
  • No conference dinner ticket

8th Dec One Day Rate (By Early Deadline):

  • KES Silver Members: 210 Euros / 175 GB Pounds
  • KES Bronze Members / Non-Members: 230 Euros / 195 GB Pounds


E & F. KTP Managers Special Registration (1- & 2-Day Rates)

We have secured a special sponsored rate for those wishing to attend one or two days of InnovationKT in addition to the KTP managers' Conference on the 9th and 10th December.

You may register for one day, (8th December) or both days (7th and 8th December).

This rate includes:-

  • One or two days attendance at the conference
  • Publication of one paper in the conference proceedings (conforming to the published conditions concerning submission, length and deadlines)

Early KTP Registration (Special Sponsored Rate):

  • E. InnovationKT-10 KTP Special 8th Dec Registration (1-day): 180 Euros / 150 GB Pounds
    (Ticket for conference dinner 7the December not included,
    purchase separately if required)
  • F. InnovationKT-10 KTP Special Full Registration (2-day): 375 Euros / 320 GB Pounds
    (Includes ticket for conference dinner on 7th December)

You cannot register for this rate if you are not attending the KTP Managers' Conference.


Late Registration

The Late Registration Fee applies to both Full and Student registrants after the Early Deadline
Late Full Registration Fee (After Early Deadline): 550 Euros / 470 GB Pounds
Late registration payment can only be made by credit card.


Extra Charges

There will be additional charges for the following items:-

  • A CDROM copy of the Springer proceedings:
    60 Euros / 50 GB Pounds
  • Additional page charge for papers longer than 10 pages:
    50 Euros / 43 GB Pounds per page
  • Ticket for the conference dinner, evening of 7 December:
    (Included in Full registration)
    70 Euros / 60 GB Pounds
  • Publication of each additional paper in the Springer proceedings (one paper included in registration fee):
    200 Euros / 170 GB Pounds
  • Accompanying person charge (no conference dinner ticket, purchase separately if required):
    90 Euro / 76 GB Pounds
